0 Good Morning augusto_zubiaga, thank you for your inquiry! From my understanding your Frigidaire freezer is making a sound and the door ajar light is on. Normally, the door ajar light will come on when the door has been and the noise you may be hearing could be your high temp alarm sounding to inform you that the temperature is rising inside of your freezer. I would recommend pressing the “Alarm Reset” button and if that does not help correct the issue it could be a faulty sensor or door switch causing the problem. I would suggest having a professional technician out to properly diagnosis and repair your freezer. Best of luck! –OOS
