freezer temperature dropping down to -10 alarm fla...

freezer temperature dropping down to -10 alarm flashing, same thing happened 6 weeks ago so i defrosted the freezer inside the back panel as the elements were all frozen up, this sorted the problem but the same thing has happened again.
