Question About Frigidaire Freezer FFU1464fwq

suddenly everything started unfreezing kids possibly adjusted thermostat but now not sure what to set it on we've tried lowest # didn't freeze then highest # didnt freeze now we've unplugged it when we plug it back in what temp should we set it at?
