Hi, have have the model GLFH21F8HWD and I have noticed all the food on the top shelves are not freezing? I have it at -23C and -10C the two lowest settings.. Not sure why I have two of those settings? one does to -10 and the other -23C manual does not explain that. But I am losing food and can not see way?
