0 Hello davenlinda4, thanks for your post! From my understanding you need assistance in defrosting your Frigidaire freezer. The best way to defrost your freezer is to disconnect power from it for four to six hours. That is how you perform a manual defrost. I hope the information is helpful. –OOS
