0 Hi abdodgersm03, thank you for your question! First, confirm that your appliance has power to it and properly plugged in. Based on the above-listed model number, your freezer has a standard electronic temperature control that is located outside on the door. The temperature is factory preset to provide satisfactory food storage temperature. The temperature can be adjusted by moving the UP arrow symbol for colder temperature and DOWN arrow symbol for warmer temperatures on the control panel. It is important to allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize between adjustments. The freezer can be turned off by pressing the DOWN arrow symbol until displays shows “1”. Then press the DOWN arrow symbol three more times until the display shows “0”. The freezer is activate by pressing the UP arrow symbol three times until the display shows “1” then press the UP arrow symbol to desired setting. I do hope this information proves to be helpful. 0 I HAVE THE SAME PORBLEM EXCEPT WHERN I HOLD THE ARROW BOTTOM FOR 3 SECONDS NOTING HAPPENS.
