Freezer is not stayng cold. The black temperature indicator on front reads either OF or 56 or nothing even though the freezer is plugged in. I cannot get the down button to work to lower the temperture not the F/ C button to give its temperturein both types of degrees not the Quick Freeze button to get it going. Any suggestions? This freezer is only two years old.
