0 Hello edward.dagata, thank you for your post! It seems that you may have an obstructed defrost drain tube that is causing your water leak. It is also possible that the vent chamber located under your freezer has been used as a detour for the defrost drain water. This happens due to the freezer drain tube having frost build up in the opening. Simply defrost your freezer by turning your appliance off and leaving the door open for 30 minutes. After defrosting your freezer, make sure there is nothing in the back of your appliance blocking the drainage way. Adjust your freezer dial to colder and the fresh food to cold.
