0 Hello hlharriscpa, I am happy to assist you! From my understanding your Frigidaire freezer is displaying off and will not come on. In order to start your freezer you would need to push the down arrow three times and then it should display a 1. Once you see that on the panel you should be able to adjust the temperature.
