0 Installation guide has some troubleshooting / adjusting. No other manual for this product. Swap with another (if suspected bad). Internal parts are generally not servicable (4-5 switches and heating elements) A whole new M1 will run just under $50 new, or less on ebay. To adjust water level remove the square white cover and adjust + / - screw for more or less water. Most issues with icemakers are because the fridge is on an uneven surface or the internal switches or elements have failed and require a whole new unit. I found this manual. Model M1 SA8868.pdf
