The water inlet on the inside keeps freezing up inside the small white box just below the inlet fill tube,,I melted the ice with a hairdryer and turned the knob to its lowest setting "cold" anthing else I can do?

0 Good Afternoon Markymark - First try changing the water filter. Sometimes, this can be the culprit to your fill tube freezing. If you have already done so, then more than likely, it could be a malfunctioning water valve. This is something that a servicer would be able to change out easily, but is not a typical DIY job.
