0 Hi djokesteen, I am happy to assist you. However, I’m not certain I understand the issue the unit is experiencing? Do you mean the exhaust fan is not working properly? If that is correct, then from my research the installation guide explains how to set up the exhaust venting. There are 3 options: vent horizontally out the back of the microwave, vent vertically out of the top of the microwave, or re-circulate out the front louvers. If air is coming out of the front of the microwave, and not venting out the top (vertically), the vent was not set up properly. I strongly recommend contacting the installer or to refer to the installation manual to correct the venting.
