FMV156DBF WILL NOT WORK...

I have a Frigidaire microwave model FMV156DBB. The microwave light comes on and the timer counts down but there is no fan and no microwave

5 My same microwave oven door is very sensitive to vertical motion when latched. I applied packaging tape across the gap and this keeps the door in the "sweet spot". This is certainly due to a loose or defective micro-switch.

5 My microwave oven only works if I push the door up 1/2 millimeter. Packaging tape across the gap holds the door in the "sweet spot". This is certainly due to a loose or defective latch sensor, not the door. One of two switches may be bad - same part number: 5304440026, which is an Omron "D3V-16G-3C25" micro switch. The Panasonic substitute is J61414T00AP. Also see: Google.com/shop for prices and vendors.

1 The only switch listed for replacement in this oven is 5303319559. Repair Hint - This switch is also used in the following Frigidaire microwave ovens: FMV156DBF, FGF374CCBA, FGF374CCSA, FGF374CCTA, FGMC2765KB, FGMO205KBA, FGMO205KFA, FGMO205KWA, FMS103T1B1, FMT116E1A0, FMT116E1B0.
