0 Hello jesus291978, I am happy to assist you! I see you are unable to program your Frigidaire microwave oven, 316495063. However, it appears above-listed model number is invalid. The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located on the front of the microwave, in the lower left corner as you open the door. With this information I can better address the issue at hand. In the meantime, I recommend resetting your appliance. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn your microwave on. Hopefully resetting your microwave successfully does the trick – but if all else fails, please feel free to reconnect.
