0 Hello burt278, thanks for your inquiry! I understand you would like to change the power level on your Frigidaire microwave. In order to change the power level on your microwave you can use the steps below: 1. Press “Cook Time” or select “Time Defrost”. 2. Enter cooking or defrosting time. 3. Press “Power Level”/ 4.
