0 Hello – Are you referring to the microwave controls are locked? If so, try pressing and holding CLEAR/OFF for approximately three to five seconds. If it was not successful, try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If any of these suggestions prove to be ineffective, consult a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
