I have a over the range frigidaire white microwave, the model number is FMV152KWA serial number KG91602937 the key pad is locked, how do I unlock?

0 Hi-To unlock this particular unit, touch & hold the STOP/CANCEL pad for more than 5 secs. the Lock icon will disappear in the display window.If the icon continues to display, try resetting the microwave by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off.Wait approximately 10 mins and turn the unit back on.If issue persists,then the unit may possibly have a faulty control board or a potential wiring failure.At this point, I would personally suggest consulting an expert to proceed further.
