Question About Frigidaire Microwave Oven FGMV174KF
I have frigidaire gallery microwave oven model FGM...

I have frigidaire gallery microwave oven model FGMV174KF the fan trun on by itself, I unplugged it . When I plugged it back on the fan was off, but the inside light would not go off and the door would not close.I have had this microwave for 1yr. without any problems. I love it. Please I hope you can help figure out what is wrong with it.

0 Hi jdjsalas – Please check the electrical outlet, fuse and/or circuit breaker. If these are functioning properly, and based on the fact that your door will not close, it could very well be a door switch connectivity issue. Because it is not recommended to work on microwaves unless you are an expert in the field, I would recommend checking to see if you are still in warranty to determine if your microwave can be serviced by an authorized factory technician. Alternatively, you can call the manufacturer 800 number to locate a professional nearby. Hope this helps!
