0 Good Morning hpourghniaei, I am happy to assist you! I understand your Frigidaire microwave, RCMT5088W is not working. However, is there power to your microwave or did it stop heating? It appears above-listed model number is invalid. The serial tag, which lists you model number, is typically located on front of the microwave, in the lower left corner as you open the door. With this information I can provide the correct manual to you and better address the issue at hand. Thank you!
