Question About Frigidaire Microwave Oven PLMV169DC

I'm trying to replace my microwave by Frigidaire, PLMV169DC, but can't seem to remove it. I've unscrewed the 2 bolts that's in the front of the inside of the cabinet but there's something somewhere in the back that won't let me slide it out. What could be preventing this?

0 Hello frozier, thank you for your post! I understand that you are having difficulties removing your Frigidaire microwave, PLMV169DC. I have attached the installation guide and if you are able to work in reverse that should help you remove your microwave. If you have used the guide and still continue to have trouble removing the microwave you may want to consult a professional to avoid any damage of cabinetry or walls. I hope this is helpful. –OOS
