0 Hello jk3p, thank you for your post! If your microwave starts but does not heat, often the possibilities include one of four culprits: • Power Supply • Plugged into GFI Outlet • Faulty Control Panel • Faulty Magnetron I always recommend resetting your microwave first. You can do so by unplugging your appliance or flipping the circuit breaker for about 30 seconds and then turn your microwave back on. If your microwave stills does not heat, I would recommend reaching out to a servicer or alternatively, visit the manufacturer website for a comprehensive listing of appliance techs in your area.
