0 Good Morning apopadince – Thank you for your question! Sounds like the unit could possibly have a faulty main control panel, magnetron, or power supply. Try resetting the microwave by either flipping the household circuit breaker off or unplugging it. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If issue persists, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
