the device that turns the food has stoped moving. Not sure how to fix, also need new charcol filter where do I find one, tks

0 These are common from what I see on the internet. First, remove the screws to remove the bottom of your microwave. The panel should now pull down. You should now see the motor for the turntable. This is the part you will have to replace. Its is part number M2HJ24Z709 and can be found online for $35.44 or by calling Frigidare customer service. Second, remove the plastic connection from the motor. Third, remove the two screws that hold the motor into place. Fourth, pry off the plactic turn that is inside the microwave with one hand while holding the motor in the other hand. then just wait for your new motor to arrive and replace in reverse order.
