My micro wave fridgidare will not get hot when i press the popcorn icon but will heat up to 450 on my conventinal side

0 Hello frncsc_abraham, thank you for your inquiry! From the information you have provided your Frigidaire microwave is not getting hot when you press the popcorn icon. I would suggest performing a reset on your microwave and this can help clear out any miscommunication within the control panel. In order to perform a reset you need to flip your household circuit breaker in the off position for roughly ten minutes. If you continue to have issues with your microwave it could be a faulty control panel or magnetron and you may need to contact a professional technician for repairs to be completed.
