0 Hi nicholasjmartins! I see that you questions on the microwave, model FFMV164LSA. Sounds like you could be having a miss communication in the control panel. This is not a considered a typical do-it-yourself repair and might want to reach out to an Authorized Service Provider. Hope this helps!
