Once under warranty and once since in less than two years of ownership, we have had to have a service rep come to the house to align the door so the latch engages the switches properly. Is this a design flaw? Is anyone else experiencing it?

0 I have the same problem and talked to Frigidaire and Totem apliances and the won't admit that there is a design flaw. I collecting info to file a complaint.

0 This is one of the most expensive digital clocks I have ever owned!!! It is rarely useful for anyother function since the door latch keeps it from being a microwave oven.

0 I used a metal wire to attach the spring to a metal part inside the door to get it running. I talked to Frigidaire and their service agent in Calgary and they won't admit that it is a design flaw.
