0 It just stopped. Went dark on the front panel. Electrical outlet is working. Light inside and surface lights below not working. Help

0 Also, I did unplug and replug. Still dark. Then I plugged in a lamp and the plug is fine

0 Hi – Possibilities of the microwave not working is that it could possibly have a faulty magnetron, control panel, power supply or the unit is plugged into GFI outlet. If you confirmed that the power supply is not faulty or defective by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit since it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes.
