3 Thank you for your inquiry, pri31656! From my understanding your Frigidaire microwave is not working. If you control panel is not receiving any power it could be an issue within a fuse or control panel. Regrettably, switching either one of these components this is not a simple DIY job. I would highly recommend reaching out to an expert technician to ensure the replacement part is installed correctly to prevent future issues. I hope this information helps to some degree. –OOS

0 I have the same model with the same problem. I heard the sound of electrical arcing in the unit at the time it died. It appears that the power supply is fried, the components used in it are of the cheapest quality. A shame really, it was a nice unit, looked good and worked well up until it died. 1.5 years out of warranty, of course. I will never buy anything made by Electrolux ever again. And I will also never buy from hh grigg ever again. Customer service for both companies is pure crap.
