0 Good Afternoon ldosban, thank you for your post! From what you are describing it sounds like you could have a faulty keypad or control panel on your Frigidaire microwave. I would recommend perform a reset and to do that you would need to disconnect power from your microwave by either flipping the household circuit breaker or unplugging the power cord for ten minutes. Once you have restored power it should become responsive. If you continue to have a problem with the buttons I would recommend having a professional technician come out and properly diagnosis your microwave to avoid any unnecessary part purchases.
