Digital display entire panel all screwed up no con...

Digital display entire panel all screwed up no control or use of oven now!! Constant steady "nCAL" displayed and if I try to press any digits or anything on the panel it goes beep, beep, beep, etch Please help anyone before thanksgiving arrives, family comes over and turkey needs to be cooked !!!
