0 Hey jcjordan25, thank you for your inquiry! I understand that the upper element is not heating up inside of your Frigidaire oven. It could be a potential issue with the connectors inside of the oven or the element. I would recommend performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from your range for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would suggest having a technician out to your home for a proper diagnosis to be completed. Hope this information is helpful to some degree. –OOS
