0 Thanks for your post, diann55! Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire oven door will not unlock. Usually if you have performed a self-clean cycle on your oven the door will not open until the internal temperature is safe to open. Here are some additional troubleshooting steps. Typically, if you hold down your “Clear/Off” button down for ten seconds that should unlock your door. If that does not work attempt another self-clean cycle and after starting it press the “Clear/Off” button. That should release the door from the door latch. If that does not resolve your issue let’s attempt a reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from your oven for ten minutes. If you continue to experience problems with your oven it could be a faulty door latch or control panel and I would recommend reaching out to a professional technician for proper diagnosis.
