0 Hi jcpnyc, thanks for the inquiry! I see based off the information you have provided that the pilot light or burners will not heat up. I have identified a few possibilities could be the electrodes, ignitor, or spark module. I would recommend having a technician come out to diagnose and repair the range since the issue is with the gas supply not lighting properly. –Chris
