Normally, to start a self-clean cycle on your Frigidaire range you would hit the self-clean button and then use the “Up” or “Down” arrows to select a time frame for cleaning. If you have tried to use these steps and are unable to start self-clean please respond. If you could provide me with your model number I can look up additional information to assist further. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) behind the lower bottom drawer. Hope this information is helpful. –OOS
