I am getting a EO 14 on my Frigidaire Professional...

I am getting a EO 14 on my Frigidaire Professional slide in range model # FPES3085KF, I have unplugged it, turned the breaker on and off and it still beeps. 3 Months ago I got a PF?? then it went away. What should I do. The range is +/- 3 years old
