Question About Frigidaire Range ES510

I took my range (ES510) oven door apart to clean both sets of glass and now I can't fit them together. I put the one together that has the insulation and I went to place that part on the outer part of the door. The part that has the insulation is too small. I can't figure out why it doesn't fit. What did I do wrong. Can you please help me.
