Question About Frigidaire Range None
Oven won't work...

Oven seems to be electric and gas both. The oven lights up like it is electric, but then I smell gas, I cannot get it to cook, I think the pilot is blown out, but cant find pilot to light it. The exact model is fgf316wgsh

4 These units don't have a pilot light. They are ignited by a "glow bar" hot surface ignitor. When the ignitor gets to temperature, it opens the safety valve to allow gas thru and the burner lights. Since you cannot cook with the oven. most likely the ignitor is bad.
