0 Hi Mcinnes, I understand that on your Frigidaire range, the inner element on your dual element is not heating up. I would suggest giving your appliance a hard reset. To do this, you will shut the power off at the circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. When you return the power, after the 3-5 minutes, you will need to set the clock first. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing the start button. Try heating up the element. If the inner element is still not heating up, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician. -Best regards-
