The screen on the stovetop has the "red locked" ic...

The screen on the stovetop has the "red locked" icon displayed, and I've tried pressing the "clock" pad for 3 seconds and it didn't unlock the stove. The dials above the stove all still display "- -" on each dial. How can we get it back to normal again?

5 I have the manual, and tried it's suggestion of pressing the "clock" pad for three seconds and it didn't unlock it. We finally decided to turn off all of the breakers and that worked and cleared everything out when we turned them back on.
