where do I find the model number on the gallery se...

where do I find the model number on the gallery series electric range? This Frigidaire Gallery Series electric range has a large element that will not shut off even though the electronics think it is just HE hot element. Is it the switch?

0 Good Morning tmerrell, that’s a great question! The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located in the storage drawer, on the right side. With this information I can better address the issue at hand. In the meantime, let’s try resetting your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position for ten minutes. Please let me know if resetting the power does not correct the issue. Thank you! – Chris
