CANNOT TURN FRIG BACK ON...

TURNED FRIG OFF VIA INSIDE FRIG LOGIC PANEL 2 MONTHS AGO. NOW I CANNOT TURN IT BACK ON BY USING RESET BUTTON NOR OFF/ON BUTTON. LIGHT IS ON FOR THE FREEZER ONLY, BUT NO LIGHT ON IN REFRIGERATOR SIDE. I HAVE SIDE BY SIDE (GHSC239TDW)
