Clicking Sound when compressor tries to turn on...

There is a clicking sound when it tries to start the compressor and then it clicks off, a few minutes later, it does it again, has the compressor gone bad?

0 Good Morning Ashtonflanery, I understand that you are hearing a clicking sound when the compressor tries to turn on, on your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRC331GM. I also see that it clicks off and then a few minutes later, it does it again. There’s no way to tell if the compressor has gone bad on your own, other than if you do not hear it running. There could also be numerous other things that might be causing this. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. The will be able to diagnose your refrigerator and determine what the cause of this clicking is. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards-
