Connecting Ice Maker...

There seems to be an extra hose coming from beneath the fridge. This is a used frig and I can't tip it up now. Is this hose suppose to be there or is something wrong? I thought I had the ice maker hooked up but when I turned the water on, water started pouring from this extra piece of tubing coming from under the fridge???? Please help?
