0 I appreciate your post, rl_7879! From what you have described your Frigidaire refrigerator is providing crushed ice when you select cubed. This could be a possible issue with your solenoid being frozen. To unfreeze your solenoid you should perform a manual defrost and you can do that by disconnecting power from your refrigerator for two to three hours. If that does not help correct the issue you may need to have the solenoid or control panel replaced. That may be a repair that needs to be handled by a professional technician.
