0 Thank you for your post, josephseay! Based off what you have described your “Door Ajar” light comes on even when the door is closed on your Frigidaire refrigerator. It sounds like your switch or control panel may have a short or it could be a miscommunication between the two. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting the power for roughly ten minutes. If that does not resolve your issue I would recommend having a technician come out, they can perform the necessary steps to pinpointing the root cause of your problem.
