0 Hello cowmer, thank you for your post! When water is forming on the bottom of your Frigidaire refrigerator (PHSC39EGSS) and not draining into the defrost drain pan, it is possible that the water line connection has frozen and cracked the plastic connection. This is not a simple DIY job. An authorize technician would need to remove the back panel to repair this type of leak. If you do not know a professional technician, manufacturer websites often have service provider locators’ onsite to assist you in that regard. Best regards - Chris
