Hi 3 weeks ago the water stop pouring from the tap, yet the ice cube dispensed fine. Then our fresh fruit and salads started freezing without us changing the thermostat. We have never changed water filter in its 5 years of existence, could that be the reason? I tried to remove the filter as hard as I could but it would not twist. I am not sure if the filter would not twist because it was screwed tightly from the factory or because the water was frozen in it. Any ideas?
