0 Hi–Symptoms described may be refrigerator temps set too cold or the unit has a poor door seal.Set refrigerator control to a warmer setting.Allow 24hrs for temp to stabilize.Also check door seal by placing a dollar between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar should stay put & pull out w/small resistance. If the dollar falls out when placed between the gasket & cabinet, check if door is being blocked. If any of these tips do not work, seek expert advice.
