0 Hi – A dirty, worn, cracked, or poorly fitted freezer door gasket can allow warm air to enter the unit causing it o have to run longer to remove the warm air. Clean or replace gasket. Leaks in the door seal will cause unit to run longer in order to maintain desired temperature. Also if the door is keep open too long or too frequently could cause this issue.
