freezer door misaligned; inside icing over...

The hinge side of the freezer door is not aligned - the handle side is lower than the hinge side. This is causing the door to not close properly, and now, I am getting icing on the top of the (inside of the) freezer, as well as on the lip of the top shelf of the freezer door.
